The Rachel Carson PTSA is excited to announce the INSPIRE Auction. Planning is well underway and we are looking forward to an amazing evening.
Procurement Happening NOW
Now through January 22, 2018, all parents, friends and supporters are encouraged to procure or donate items for the auction. The Inspire auction is the largest fundraising event at Rachel Carson. Quality items (large or small), experiences, wines, gift cards, travels, vacation homes, cash donations, underwriting and event tickets are a few examples of what we are seeking. If you want to help but are not sure what to donate, we have created a gift registry at Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn. Click on Registry and then enter Rachel as first name and Carson as last name.

Early bird ticket prices are available until January 15, 2018 at a cost of $85 each. There are also a limited number of VIP Tables available for $1,000 each (each table includes 10 tickets). You can also donate to help fund teacher/staff tickets on the ticket sales page (you can donate to teacher tickets even if you don't plan on attending the auction).

You can find these items on the Online Auction tab. You do not need to purchase a ticket to the auction to bid on these items.
FAQ
How many people can attend the auction?
We will sell out at 250 people. Rachel Carson parents, grandparents, friends and neighbors that are 21 and over are welcome.
What is the auction format?
The auction will consist of Live, Silent and Raise the Paddle. We really offer something for every budget. We anticipate Silent Auction items selling from an average value range of $25 to $500 and Live Auction items between $300 and $10,000.00
Examples of items include Trips (both local and bucket list), Disneyland Tickets, Teacher Experiences, Class Gift Baskets, Summer Camps, Rounds of Golf, Gift Cards for Spas, Dining, Shopping and so much more!
What does my ticket purchase?
Tickets to the auction include admission, plated dinner, wine service and dessert. Parking is free. There will be a limited number of VIP tables available that includes a premium experience. There will be a cash bar available at Sahalee as well.

How to Sponsor the Auction
For companies or individuals that would like to be involved, but don’t have an item to donate, there is the option of being able to sponsor the event.
